Start of alcoholic fermentation is performed with selected yeasts. Refining in stainless steel tanks for at least one year before release

Tasting notes: The nose reveals strong notes of currant and raspberry. In the mouth further notes of cherry and undergrowth elegantly accompany its important astringency with great balance

Food pairing: great versatility, especially for those who want to dare more challenging combinations. Excellent with first and second courses, not to beunderestimated for aperitifs with cheese and cured meats
